Addiction can take a toll on your health, self-esteem, and relationships. And since addiction affects every individual differently, it is important to find the right level of care for your specific needs. Our team at 4 Seasons Detox supports you through each recovery step to find the best care for long-term sobriety.
Our intensive outpatient rehab program provides care for individuals who are continuing their journey to sobriety with professional support from therapists and specialists. Intensive outpatient treatment offers flexible aftercare for post-inpatient care.
In our IOP, clients attend treatment for a few hours three to five days a week. This leaves time to manage daily responsibilities outside of treatment, such as work, family, or school.
While an inpatient treatment program is highly demanding, IOPs help patients ease into a healthier lifestyle free of substance abuse without filling their entire schedule. Because patients are free to live and sleep at home, this treatment option can often be a more comfortable and effective approach to addiction treatment.
During an intensive outpatient program, patients receive care that is catered to their unique needs and goals for treatment. Addiction professionals at our treatment center will work with you and come up with an individualized treatment plan that incorporates multiple therapeutic modalities, which may include group therapy sessions, individual therapy, art therapy, music therapy, and more.
Additionally, these programs allow patients to maintain their daily routine while learning skills for recovery. The benefit of intensive outpatient treatment programs is the ability to balance addiction treatment with life responsibilities.
An intensive outpatient treatment program isn’t for everyone, but it’s ideal for those who do not need around-the-clock care and are not at high risk for relapse. Therefore, these programs suit the busy lifestyles of working professionals, parents, caretakers, and students. Patients in our IOP learn the skills needed to navigate addiction recovery with the benefit of a supportive community.
Additionally, many individuals who participate in an Intensive Outpatient Program have already completed a higher level of care, such as a residential treatment program or a partial hospitalization program (PHP). Our goal is to educate clients on programs and find the right fit. Contact us anytime with questions. Ensuring you receive the right level of care for sustainable sobriety is always our priority.
