Outpatient Rehab Los Angeles

Addiction and recovery look different to each individual. That’s why it is important to find the right level of care that meets your specific needs. At 4 Seasons Detox in Los Angeles, we help you find the right level of compassionate care right when you need it. If you are looking for a flexible addiction treatment program that allows you to continue your journey to health and sobriety while stepping into daily responsibilities, outpatient rehab could be the ideal level of care for your needs.

At 4 Seasons Detox, we believe in providing customized programming that caters to the needs of each individual. If you are seeking compassionate care that meets you where you are in your healing journey, you have come to the right place. We look forward to sharing more about outpatient rehab and how it can assist you on your journey to sobriety.

Outpatient rehab is typically the lowest level of care since patients do not have to live at a facility and can attend treatment when it works best for their schedules. During outpatient rehab, patients attend treatment once or twice a week at an outpatient rehab center. Typically, treatment consists of individual and group therapy. Outpatient rehab allows patients to start transitioning back to daily life while still working on and prioritizing their recovery from addiction along with their mental health.

Outpatient rehab is a good option for those with less severe addictions and those who are not likely to relapse because 24/7 accountability and monitoring are not available at this level of treatment.

We recommend this level of care for individuals who:

  • Have already completed a residential rehab program
  • Are not at risk of relapse
  • Have a safe and supportive home environment
  • Would like to hone their recovery skills for a sustainable sobriety

Outpatient rehab at 4 Seasons Detox is effective for patients who have a strong support network but want some continued accountability. Our aim is to teach you how to manage stressors and triggers in the real world without resorting to substances.

By the time you enter outpatient rehab, you have already learned valuable life skills for managing addiction by responding to triggers and stressors in productive ways. However, recovery is a lifelong commitment, and ongoing support and encouragement are helpful as you adjust to life without substances.

Outpatient Rehab Process

Outpatient rehab patients have made significant progress in recovery but still benefit from weekly individual and group therapy sessions. During outpatient rehab, patients might also have access to other kinds of addiction treatment, such as yoga and meditation, relapse prevention, and medication education.

Because outpatient drug rehab is less intensive than other treatment options and programs, it is usually more affordable. A supportive network of family and friends can make our outpatient rehab a valuable tool for long-term recovery.

Different Levels of Care at the Outpatient Level

Outpatient programs come in all shapes and sizes, just like the individuals who benefit from them! Our addiction specialists can help you determine which level of programming is most beneficial for you:

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

PHP’s are generally the highest level of outpatient care. This program allows individuals to come in daily for up to six hours per day, most days of the week.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

This level of outpatient care provides mental health and addiction support 3-5 days per week, for several hours per day.

Outpatient Programs (OP)

At this lowest level of care, individuals can expect to attend therapeutic sessions at the treatment facility twice per week.

At 4 Seasons Detox and Recovery House, we understand that it can be a challenge to navigate the different addiction treatment options and rehab centers in Los Angeles. Contact us today to learn which of our drug and alcohol addiction treatment programs might work best for you.
